Hello there, reader! If you are a newcomer, then welcome to the ExplodingTNT Wiki!
This wiki is a database of info about ExplodingTNT, the world's most popular Minecraft machinima creator! On this wiki, we encourage fun (as that is the main point of TNT's channel). However, to prevent this wiki from devolving into total chaos, we need to have some rules set in place. As such, we have developed a code of conduct. And we also have a small guide about how to structure your pages, which will be below too!

General Rules
- Structure your pages evenly. Add a paragraph at the start of the page outlining the character, locations, servers, channels, or minigames with sections branching out into specific categories shown below: (The only exception is videos).
- For Characters, add Personality and Appearance sections. Pink Sheep is an example.
- For Servers, outline the servers' history and featured minigames, each branching into its own section with links to each minigame page. MCOrigins is an example.
- For Minigames, add a section outlining the history of the minigame (when it was released, development, etc.), and gameplay of the minigame. Ensure you LIST the maps featured in each minigame, if any, and do NOT create pages for the maps.
- For Channels, add sections outlining the content featured on the channel (videos, style, etc.). Be specific. ExplodingTNT is an example.
- For Actors, add information about their history of being a TNT Actor (join date, first video, favorite video, list of appearances, etc.). If you don't know anything about an actor that you need to know, ask them if you can. If you can't, leave out the information that you don't have. Creeper321448 is an example.
- Only use official Images for pages. Because this is a wiki that only uses OFFICIAL information, only use images that come from ExplodingTNT's channel. This includes official artwork (Such as the ones featured on the website), or screenshots from videos. If the image is unofficial, IT WILL BE REMOVED.
- Use proper grammar on your pages. Remember, this is a wiki. It is our job to post decent information to readers who want to know more about ExplodingTNT. They can't do that if the grammar is insufficient. Plus, it just makes the wiki itself look sloppy. Breaking this rule several times will result in a warning on your message wall, and a 3 day block after 2 wall warnings. If you make an entire page in bad grammar, this will result in an instant 1 week block, increased by a week for every time the violator breaks this rule again after the initial block.
- Keep your pages unbiased. Once again, this is a WIKI, not a blog. do not post opinions to a character, minigame, etc. on the actual page. Post those opinions in the comments. Breaking this rule will result in the biased edit being reverted/edited. After being warned for 2 times, if the violator still violates this, this will result in a 1 month block.
Things NOT to do
- Do not vandalize. Pretty self-explanatory. Breaking this rule will result in a 3 month block, and if done again after the block ends, it will result in a 1 year block.
- Do not flame or insult users. Pretty self-explanatory. Breaking this rule will earn you a ban.
- Do not swear/cuss. Except on articles about things in ExplodingTNT that include swear words in the videos (in which case Template:Profanity should be added to said articles), keep the wiki clean, and find clean substitutes for any bad words that you think would fit a page. Breaking this rule will earn you a warning and the removal of the inappropriate contents.
- Do not spam. Making a comment on the Pink Sheep page saying: "MACARONI R TASTYR DEN PYZZA YAY I LOOVE LIGTEBULBS THO!" is going to get the comment removed. So is that one comment that links to the Barack Obama page a hundred times. The same applies to blog posts and wall messages. Stay on topic. Always stay on topic. Breaking this rule will result in the offending comment getting deleted. Breaking this rule several times will result in a 3 day block, increasing by one day with every instance of breaking this rule after the initial block.
- Do not add discriminatory content. This means no racist, homophobic, or any other discriminatory content, including, but not limited to: text, pages, pictures, sound, videos, usernames, and profile pictures. There is an exception for when the content is canonically within the ExplodingTNT universe, and even then it will be kept minimally. Violating this rule will result in a permanent ban.
- Do not make death threats. Again, should be self-explanatory: threatening to kill someone is a no-no. Violating this rule will result in a permanent ban and the deletion/reversion of the offending comment/post/edit.
- Do not spread false info. Spreading false info is not nice. This is a wiki, not a false info collection. Pink Sheep is not an eggy tooth, and noobs are not pros. Only write the truth. Breaking this rule will get the false information removed. Breaking this rule repeatedly will result in a ban.
- Do not make sockpuppets. This means no creating accounts to get around blocks. If you're blocked, wait until your block expires before editing; if you make more accounts to avoid being blocked, they're all just going to get blocked more. Violating this rule will result in a permanent block for both the initial account and all accounts created to circumvent that first account's block.
- Do not be stupid. Don't add weird pictures, categories, and things that don't make any sense. Sentences like "macdoonqlds makes niz french fries" are stupid, just as categories like "toothy" or "very good pink shap are". Such content WILL be edited out, and repeated insertions of this will result in a ban.
- Do not use bad grammar. We don't know how many grammar mistakes we had to edit out when growing this Wikia. Look, we want this to be a Wiki, not a 3 year old's oral report. Add your ed's and s'. If you don't know how to spell a word, check a dictionary.
- Do not leave cliffhangers. When you are editing a page, always finish your sentences. If you are writing a page, it is your job to make the sentences, not ours. Creating a heading and not adding any info is equally bad, as it makes the wiki look sloppy and leaves readers confused.
Bad Example: The PvP Arena
- Do not create "bare bones" pages: If you want to make a page, make sure to look up some info about the subject before creating the actual page. Pages about characters that are two sentences long are bad, and so are ten sentences. Make sure to get into detail about the appearance, the personality, and the history/appearances of the character. Pages about videos that just tell you a brief outline of the plot are bad. Add some detail and info about the subject, and you should be fine!
- Do not add pages that aren't ExplodingTNT-related. Remember, this is an ExplodingTNT wiki. So only ExplodingTNT-related pages can be added. After violating this rule, the violator will receive a warning. If they still violate this, this will result in a 2 month block.
- Do not constantly beg for Admin status. This will just make your chances of getting admin lower. Do not go around message walls, begging, pleading, and annoying everyone about how you "want" admin. Be active and make healthy contributions, and you might achieve Admin one day.
- Do not badge farm. Badge farming is when you do nothing really good to get a badge (like making a blog post consisting of 2 words just to get that one badge). Doing it to get a higher rank is cheap, and we would rather you did it the real way. Badges are supposed to be a reward for being a good contributor, so you have to EARN it by yourself by doing good edits.
- Do not upload any 18+ or inappropriate images (pornography, offensive images, images harassing a user, etc) Uploading images meant for 18+ age (like pornography) is also in violation of FANDOM’s Terms of Use. There are readers and editors that are under 18, so it is not appropriate for this wiki. This includes Arthur porn. Violating this rule once will result in a 6 month block, along with the removal of the inappropriate/offensive image. Violating this rule twice will result in an indefinite block, and once again result in the removal of the inappropriate/offensive image.
- Do not delete this page (Admins and Content Moderators only): Self-explanatory again. Breaking this rule will result in your admin/moderator powers being taken away, and a 1 month block.
